As long as I’m in the Bay I’ll come to Dr. Anyone looking for an amazing person that happens to also be an incredible dentist needs only to make an appointment. And when you’re having large deep cavities filled you want to have an X-ray completed afterward to ensure all the decay has been removed. For someone who has had extensive xrays I prefer to not have my entire head xrayed for each checkup. I’ve had within the last 4 years a dentist use tape xrays. She personally reached out to ask about my healing progress and had me come into for adjustments to my comfort. I’m not sure if this person hasn’t had many fillings but Dr P completed over a dozen fillings for me as well as placed my temporary veneers. During another appointment it was suggested an X-ray be preformed to ensure the filling went according to plan. The reviewer went on to comment on her follow up after completing a filling. While most of my visits were too invasive to enjoy the headphones or tv, while I had my cleaning it really made the time go by much quicker and I felt more relaxed when leaving.

The headphones are perfect for introverts, and the Tv for those with short attention spans. The massaging chairs for those of us who have anxiety are true nerve relaxers and much appreciated. I’ve been to dentist in West Philadelphia, Chicago, The Florida panhandle and let me tell you none of their equipment is either out dated or dilapidated. This person commented on many aspects but in honesty All sound like a complete misunderstanding of Dr. She and her staff have repaired years of damage to my teeth and have provided the best care I’ve ever received from any doctors office. P but was rather stunned by a recent 2 star review.

I came back with an update to the last four months of procedures with Dr. Pokhrel, if you go see her there’s no doubt you’ll get the best possible care in a relaxing atmosphere. Pokhrel was – not to mention the relaxing chair, great staff, and you can also relax by watching a Netflix program of your choice while she’s doing the heavy work ! I highly recommend Dr. I expected to have to take painkillers when the local anesthesia faded : absolutely no need, no pain at all (just a light cramp in the jaw but that’s it). Pokhrel took the time to answer my concerns regarding mercury leaks or vapor inhalation and was extremely careful when removing it (with a special device to prevent metal pieces from being swallowed and vapors from being inhaled). Pokhrel for a cleaning first : it’s the first time in my life I barely experience any pain for a dental cleaning (and I’m very sensitive to pain when it comes to my teeth) – and the cleaning was perfect : amazing ! Then I came to see her to replace an old amalgam filling with a composite one : Dr.
I aspire to one day build my own establishment (in my own field) with many of the principles I found as a patient at Zen Dental Studio. Pokhrel, I applaud your craftsmanship and establishment.
It’s also hard not to like any one of them because everyone seems to have a great personality. * Staff – Everyone is very nice and seem to really enjoy what they do.

Rather watch Netflix with bluetooth headphones than the actual procedure? No problem. Want the chair to gently massage you while they work on your teeth? Automatic. Arrived early and would rather wait in the soothing mediation room? Cool. Would you like freshly brewed matcha tea upon arrival? Done. * Hospitable – The end-to-end patient experience is designed with this in mind. How often does one find such a dentist? I can write a whole essay but to keep it short, here’s why they’re so great: * Communicative – You’d expect this from any healthcare provider, but Zen goes above and beyond to ensure you haven’t missed anything. I would get excited for my appointments here, and now that I no longer go there (moved to a different city) I truly miss it.
